There is hardly a person in the world who has never dreamed of being on a real sailing or motor yacht, in the rays of the warm southern sun, blown by a fresh sea breeze ... Turkey easily makes this fabulous picture real, thanks to marinas scattered here and there in abundance - harbors specially equipped for yachting. They are in Antalya, Alanya, Mugla, but most of the marinas are in Istanbul, which we will talk about today.

In June 2022 alone, foreigners purchased 8,630 residential properties in Turkey (+81.8% year-on-year), of which a record 1,887 transactions were made by Russian citizens (there were 1,275 units in May). For temporary or permanent residence in the Republic of Turkey, not just families, but entire offices and even corporations, including employees and their households, leave. And they often settle together, choosing the format of a "club house", closed to outsiders.
