To motivate others to new achievements, Expert Group became a partner of the international UniQ Forum, a large-scale event that took place in Antalya on October 28.

How the forum turned out to be useful to us and to you

The main task of each forum is the exchange of experience and knowledge through communication. We were interested not only in the speeches of authoritative experts, but also in the possibility of personal communication with both the speakers and you, our dear friends.

And there was something to discuss. So, the forum proposed the idea of self-development in a “coordinate system” of four vectors:

The first point talks about self-development through understanding and awareness of your body and emotions. Emotional intelligence is about empathy and emotional perception of others. Mental intelligence has been described as the ability to “think, analyze, express one’s thoughts, create abstract images and mental constructs.” In turn, spiritual intelligence is about life and love, about one’s mission in this life.

You can become truly successful only by achieving results on each track. After all, even with all the money in the world, a person can feel unhappy and devastated. Because there will be no balance in his life, which means that he has developed as a person unevenly.

The same applies to any business to a certain extent – if a company only takes and does not give anything to the client, is not capable of empathy and social responsibility, does not have a mission and goal, then such a company will not last long.

Having taken part in the forum, we were confirmed in the idea that we are on the right path to new achievements. That we are open to our clients and partners – friends and colleagues, that we give and strive not just for empathy, but to guess in advance the desires of customers, as well as for social responsibility.

It was a very interesting experience and format of communication, and therefore we will continue to support such initiatives and forums in the future, where we may not only be participants, but also speakers.
