The coronavirus pandemic in Turkey has pushed the online learning process to actively develop. Between March 23 and June 5, the number of users of the online educational platform increased dramatically. There were about 2.8 billion logins. These indicators bring the EBA to 3rd place in the world.

The coronavirus pandemic in Turkey has pushed the online learning process to actively develop. Between March 23 and June 5, the number of users of the online educational platform increased dramatically. There were about 2.8 billion logins. These indicators bring the EBA to 3rd place in the world.
According to Minister Selçuk, distance learning during the pandemic will have the following innovations:
- for schoolchildren, the number and time of online lessons is reduced, and separate design seminars have been developed;
- Distance learning for students is based on improving English language teaching by introducing a package to facilitate the acquisition of writing and reading skills.
In an interview, Turkey’s Minister of Social Institute, Selçuk, said: “A report on the national study on teaching in the TRT EBA TV mode will be completed shortly. The final results are important to us, since our distance learning system for schoolchildren in Turkey is of interest to representatives of more than 30 countries».
The Turkish government is putting a lot of effort into improving the online education platform. The innovative technology of distance learning in the Turkish country is becoming profitable and one of the most sought-after investment projects.
