- Higher or incomplete higher education;
- Fluent PC ownership;
- Driver’s license (required);
- Successful experience in the field of sales is welcome;
- Knowledge of languages: Russian (required), Turkish (desirable), English (desirable);
- Personal qualities: responsibility, attentiveness, ambition, conflict-free, quick reaction, sociability, diligence, punctuality;

Responsibilities
- Application processing;
- Dealing with incoming/outgoing calls to the client base;
- Meetings with clients;
- Displays of residential and commercial properties;
- Preparation of commercial offers and their presentation to the client;
- Negotiation and signing of the transaction agreement;
- Planning the form of payment and the timing of receipt of funds;
- Control over the receipt of payment;
- Formation of a package of documents;
- Working with the company’s CRM database;
- Interaction with the marketing and analytics department;
- Receiving and processing offers from clients;
- Participation in exhibitions and other events;
